Hello, my friend.
As a nurse for more than 40 years, working in hospitals and in-home care, I have witnessed how deeply the mental and physical comfort of patients depends on the family caregiver support they receive from those around them. But at the same time, I have seen many caregivers — especially family members — become exhausted, and sometimes lose their own health while caring for the person they love. This highlights the urgent need for caregiver burnout prevention. My older sister was one of them. Her husband became wheelchair-bound after a stroke, at a time when Japan’s long-term care insurance system did not yet exist. She took care of him entirely by herself. When she needed support the most, her own health collapsed — and ultimately, we lost her. This experience changed me. I wanted to help create a society where caregivers are never left alone. So, I started my own small business. Through the following services, I hope to support better communication in caregiving, better teamwork, and better lives for people who care for others. Services for Organizations
Communication & Conflict-Management Training
Helping workplaces reduce stress and foster healthy dialogue.
Educational System Support for Staff Development
Services for Individuals
Aroma-Care Counseling with “Muscul-Ranf” Technique
Services for Patients & Families
Medical Interpretation Support
Care Navigation & Emotional Support
I want to use the knowledge and experience I have earned through a lifetime in nursing to provide you with the best family caregiver support, so that no one has to go through caregiving alone. Please feel free to reach out. I am always here to help.
